Eligibility: Sri Lankan Nationals specially Sri Lankan Migrant Workers

Method of submitting application: The application can be submitted by personally visiting the Consular Division or by sending it along with the relevant documents by Registered Post.

• Depend on the gravity of the cases reported.
• No sooner documentation work is completed necessary action will be initiated

Necessary Supporting documents :

• A copy of the Visa Page and passport details page of the migrant worker
  
• Copy of employment contract/ agreement
• Proof of identity and contact details of the complainant/ relative
• Any other information about foreign employer/ agent
